Colours Boxing Day Rushout

The Shirley Hall Bass Foundation has established a valued partnership with the British Colonial Hilton Nassau. The historic hotel will support our cultural programming by providing venue space and hospitality for Foundation & Legacy events and performances. During the 2025 Boxing Day Rush, the hotel generously provided facilities for the Choreograph Section of Colours Entertainment Group, offering performers access to preparation spaces before joining the beloved Junkanoo parade. Group leader Christian Justilian and professor of music at the University of The Bahamas helped in the development of our new national performing arts goals. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to supporting Bahamian cultural traditions and the artists who bring them to life.
